The building required new connections for both sewer and stormwater into the existing DSD sewer and storm water mains located in the carriageway, under Yuet Yuen Street in North Point, Hong Kong island.

In accordance with the DSD specification, PE100 RC (Resistant to Crack) pipe with pairs of red-brown external stripes to indicate the pipelines application is sewerage under pressure (single stripes indicate gravity applications).
